- Load card stock or photo paper into your printer, and print the gift certificate.
- Fill out gift certificate as follows: (see sample on previous page, Step 2)
- Fill in top line labeled No. with the Date of purchase
- Write the Length and Type of massage on second line
- Write the name of recipient
- Write the purchasers name
- Write the expiration date (5 years from purchase date)
