What Are Spa Therapies?

With the average lifespan increasing, many of us are interested in healthier lives and want to die “young” at an old age. Many seek body/mind exercises such as yoga and tai chi. Healthy eating has become popular, along with vitamins and herbs for longevity.

Not only do we want to stay fit and young, we also want to look fit and young. Spa therapies have been used historically as far back as the ancient Egyptians, and have resurfaced again today. Mud, clay, seawater and plant extracts are just a few of the indigenous products used in spa treatments.

Not only for pampering, these practices are good for the skin and tissues as well. The skin is our largest organ, functions to protect us internally, and aids in elimination. What we put on our skin -- lotions, cosmetics – penetrates the skin, enters our blood, and winds up in our cells. This is why it's so important to feed our skin with the purest of products!

We offer several Spa Therapies that are healthy for your body, mind and spirit.

*Hot Stone Massage *Peppermint Seaweed Wrap
*Shirodhara *Sabai Hot Stems
