If you're feeling tired, sluggish, and a bit heavier than you'd like, a body cleanse may be right for you. Regular cleansing of the internal organ systems has been practiced over the centuries in many cultures, and according to Chinese medicine, spring is the ideal season for such a cleanse. Cleansing helps eliminate the build-up of toxins and waste products that tend to accumulate from poor eating habits and lack of exercise. Now that the weather is drawing us outdoors and our activity level is increasing, we want to feel good and look our best.
Two of our most popular cleanses are the Dieter's Cleanse and the Paracleanse. They are both very easy to do, with no discomfort or inconvenience. If you are ready to make a committment to yourself to feel and look your best, check out all of our available cleanses here.
