New Michigan Gift Card Law

Gift certificates and packages will now expire in 5 years rather than one year, due to a newly enacted Michigan law. This new law only affects gift certificates and packages sold after November 1st 08, and is not retroactive. Although we have always honored expired gift certificates even after our previous one year expiration date, we have now put a five year expiration date on all gift certificates.
